Our Services

Chiropractic care

Spinal mobilisations and/or adjustments to restore alignment, relieving pressure/stiffness/soreness of joints from head to toe. Our chiropractors also use muscle/fascial release techniques prior to adjustments to ease neuro-musculo-skeletal tension.

Naturopathic & remedial massage

Naturopathy supports and strengthens your body. It is safe & effective for the treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, and can be used as an alternative or in a complementary way to conventional medical care.
Includes: Herbal medicine, Nutritional medicine, Nutrition, & Remedial massage.

Injury rehabilitation

Recovery plans for sports or workplace injuries, co-managing with doctors, physiotherapists and other.

Family & paediatric care

Care for babies, children, and growing families. We also provide supportive care for mums-to-be with pregnancy pillows.

Dry Needling and cupping therapy

Used to treat many musculoskeletal conditions, including shoulder, hip, back, elbow pain and more.

Postural and movement assessments

Helping with awareness of posture, stand taller, and prevent future issues related to posture.

Christmas Clinic closure

Our last day for 2025 will be Christmas Eve, 24 December, and the clinic will re-open on Monday 5 January 2026.
